Portfolio Services Centre (PSC)

Cushman & Wakefield’s global Portfolio Service Centres (PSC’s) are global, multi-disciplined, connected teams of real estate professionals that partner with on-site/in-market teams to deliver fully-integrated services to Cushman & Wakefield’s clients.

Our PSC Budapest was established in 2015 and has grown to more than 180 people in less than four years. Our growth is continuous. We provide multi-language real estate solutions in Europe, Asia and Africa, and can address changes in volume requirements, regardless of scale and location.
