Ernst & Young – Advisory Services For Office Relocation

Ernst & Young (EY) is a global leader in tax, transaction, and advisory services.

Initially, EY was operating out of the offices of their local partners, SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co., in the Philippines.

However, they needed a larger office space to accommodate their growing team, and expansion plans.

Cushman & Wakefield were retained to find a site, and acquire a swing space to serve as a temporary site before the actual relocation.

We collaborated with the client – ensuring a smooth lease transaction, as well as workplace and project management.

We provided several options to EY to accommodate the increased headcount, and cater to the requirements of all business units.

The locations suggested by the Cushman & Wakefield team covered all submarkets in Metro Manila.

With EY growing faster than expected, our team also worked to present viable swing space options on a tight timeline – while considering technology, budget, support facilities, etc.

We offered a solution for EY, allowing seamless collaboration between Tenant Advisory and Project & Development service lines.

We managed to find the perfect office space for EY.

The swing space fit the requirements, and was located close to the permanent office. Now, the site in CyberSigma is set to be the largest EY GDS operations outside of India.

Lastly, we managed to secure a lease on competitive terms; meeting the client’s requirements and their deadlines.
