Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Dom Fredrick Andaya as Country Head for the Philippines. In this role, Andaya will oversee the firm’s operations nationwide, deepen client engagement, and expand its service capabilities across sectors. With nearly two decades of experience in research, consulting, and tenant representation, Andaya brings deep market expertise to the role. Andaya has a proven track record of advising clients on business growth in the Philippines and delivering strategic real estate solutions.
“I’m honoured to take on this role at such a pivotal time for the Philippines,” said Andaya.

“At Cushman & Wakefield, we are called to outthink and outdo challenges in the built environment for the benefit of our colleagues, clients, and communities. It’s a big task, but also an exciting opportunity to unlock the full potential of our platform and contribute meaningfully to the country’s development.”

Andaya reports to Anshul Jain, Chief Executive – India, Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa, and Asia Pacific Office & Retail, who commented:

“I’m delighted to welcome Dom to Cushman & Wakefield. His deep understanding of the Philippine market and strong client focus will further strengthen our regional platform.
