Kaycee Tamayo Gamboa - Head of Tenant Advisory Group, Philippines
The strengthened TAG team will be led by Kaycee Tamayo Gamboa as Head of Tenant Advisory Group (TAG), Philippines. In her new role, she will oversee occupier advisory and tenant representation, focusing on complex transactions, enhancing team capabilities, mentoring talent, and applying global best practices to support clients in a rapidly evolving market.

With over a decade of experience in real estate and workspace solutions, Gamboa has advised business processing outsourcing (BPO) firms and multinational companies on aligning workplace strategies with business goals. Her leadership will help clients navigate key trends such as the flight to quality, hybrid work, sustainability, and the rise of flexible workspace solutions.
Previously Vice President for Workspace Solutions at KMC Solutions, she led flexible office, design-and-build, and managed workspace projects. Known for her client's advocacy and negotiation strength, Gamboa has a proven track record of delivering tailored, out-of-the-box solutions.

Ivan Talita – Director, Tenant Advisory Group, Philippines
Ivan Talita has been appointed Director of the Tenant Advisory Group, leading the firm’s Tenant Representation team in the Philippines. He brings 18 years of experience across commercial leasing, sales, consulting, advisory, investments, and capital markets.
He has held senior roles at Greenfield Corporation and Arthaland Corporation, where he managed commercial and industrial projects. His expertise spans tenant advisory, investments, and capital markets, across both local and regional markets.
Talita sees strong opportunities in the Philippines’ industrial and logistics sector, alongside sustained demand in housing, office, retail, and tourism. His appointment further enhances the firm’s ability to support occupiers and investors navigating urban growth centers beyond Metro Manila.
Pia Lorenzo – Associate Director, Tenant Advisory Group, Philippines
Pia Lorenzo joins Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director within the TAG in the Philippines. She has over seven years of experience in commercial real estate and tenant representation, spanning market analysis, brokerage, and occupier-side transaction management.
In her new role, Lorenzo will focus on strengthening client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing the firm’s research and advisory capabilities. Her experience across both advisory and occupier roles enables her to support clients in navigating key trends, including corporate consolidation, hybrid work, employee experience, and flight-to-quality relocations.
She began her career as a market analyst, specializing in market intelligence and data storytelling, before transitioning into brokerage where she combined analytical expertise with advisory services. Most recently, she served as a Real Estate Transaction Lead for Asia Pacific at a multinational software company, managing end-to-end real estate transactions across the region.
