Jordan Willcock is an Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Commercial Real Estate team in New Zealand, specialising in occupier advisory, tenant representation and commercial property transactions. 

Based in Auckland, Jordan has more than seven years of commercial real estate experience advising occupiers and landlords across New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Jordan began his property career in a landlord advisory role specialising in the London and South East office and industrial markets before joining Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory team as a Senior Surveyor.

Jordan advises businesses on acquisitions, property disposals, lease renewals, rent reviews, lease restructures, surrenders, portfolio reviews and workplace requirements across the office, industrial and retail sectors. This includes identifying suitable properties, analysing market conditions, assessing occupancy needs and negotiating commercial terms on behalf of clients.

Holding a Master of Science in Real Estate, Jordan combines strong technical knowledge with practical market experience. Jordan provides clients with clear, commercially focused advice across the property transaction lifecycle, supported by financial modelling and evidence-based recommendations.

Jordan’s experience includes complex engagements where occupier and landlord requirements, workplace needs and commercial objectives must be carefully balanced. An understanding of both occupier and landlord perspectives helps clients make informed property decisions and achieve practical outcomes.
