Tim Crighton

Head of Logistics & Industrial UK & EMEA • United Kingdom

About

Tim leads Cushman & Wakefield's Logistics & Industrial business across the UK and EMEA. He is a member of the firm's EMEA Leadership Team and sits on the UK Executive Committee.

Supported by a team of over 700 professionals across the region, Tim's business delivers a full suite of services spanning leasing and brokerage, tenant representation, occupier services, strategy and consulting, supply chain and logistics advisory, capital markets, project and development services, and valuation and advisory. In short, if it touches land or buildings in the industrial, logistics or production sectors, the team is likely involved.

Tim's own work is centred on the acquisition, design, specification and construction of new logistics and fulfilment facilities. He works closely with some of the world's leading e-commerce and retail brands on the development and implementation of their supply chain strategies, and advises a select group of key investor clients on fund strategy. He also serves as an advisory committee member to the British Property Federation on Industrial Real Estate.
