Alastair is a Senior leader with more than 20 years Corporate Real Estate and agency experience. He leads Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) teams responsible for delivering outsourced real estate solutions. Advising large international corporate occupiers in the running of their occupational portfolios and strategic portfolio decision making and implementing agreed strategy. He specialises in the integration of multiple skill/service provider delivery platforms, managing performance and identifying value opportunities.
