Todd Hanrahan leads Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services business across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing a multidisciplinary team that provides development advisory, project management, cost management and technical advisory services to investors, developers, occupiers and public sector clients across a range of sectors.

With nearly thirty years of experience across real estate, infrastructure and construction, Todd is recognised for helping clients navigate the strategic, commercial and operational challenges of major capital programmes. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from development strategy and procurement through to project delivery, governance and commercial management.

Prior to leading the ANZ business, Todd held leadership roles across both New Zealand and Japan, where he successfully expanded service capabilities, entered new growth sectors and strengthened key client relationships. Throughout his career with Cushman & Wakefield, he has been involved in landmark developments including the Porsche Experience Centre and Salesforce Tower in Japan, while helping drive the firm's growth across emerging sectors such as digital infrastructure, social infrastructure and the wider built environment.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Todd spent more than 15 years with leading international contractors across Asia-Pacific, the Indian Subcontinent and the Middle East. This diverse international experience has provided him with a deep understanding of both client and delivery-side perspectives, enabling him to effectively align business objectives with project outcomes.

A qualified Quantity Surveyor, Todd combines strategic leadership with deep commercial and technical expertise. He is passionate about helping clients unlock value, manage risk and deliver major projects with confidence, while building high-performing teams and fostering long-term client relationships.
