Based in Brussels, Jean Baheux is Head of Retail Agency Belgium and Luxembourg. He is specialized in development consultancy, letting and selling of out of town retail premises and retail parks.

Jean advises international and national, institutional and private Landlords and Developers such as Redevco, Equilis, Mitiska, Retail Estates, Ascencio, etc.  He successfully delivers a specialist service for marketing and developing retail parks.  He is also implicated in the development of the C&W EMEA OOTR Team and business development.  

Jean has played a key role in maintaining Cushman & Wakefield Belgium’s leading position in the Belgian Retail Agency market through strong team leadership and expertise in the Out-of-Town Retail sector.
