Stephanie Harding is an Associate Director in the Victorian Office Leasing team, specialising in Melbourne CBD office leasing with over six years’ experience transacting leasing deals in the central city market.

Stephanie began her career in Retail Leasing, before transitioning into CBD Office Leasing in 2022, giving her a broader leasing perspective and strong understanding of asset performance across mixed‑use and commercial environments. She leverages her deep asset knowledge and current market insight to strategically connect active occupiers with her clients’ office assets, delivering leasing outcomes aligned with ownership objectives.

Representing a wide range of institutional and private clients, Stephanie has transacted across a diverse tenant pool, allowing her to build an extensive personal network of occupiers, advisors, and stakeholders within the Melbourne CBD office market. Her ability to identify tenant demand and convert opportunities into completed transactions has positioned her as a trusted advisor within competitive leasing campaigns.

Beyond transactions, Stephanie plays an active leadership role within the property industry. She is Deputy Chair of the Property Council of Australia’s Future Directions Committee and an active member of the Cushman & Wakefield Women’s Integrated Network, reflecting her commitment to industry development and collaboration.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Certificate in Property from RMIT, and completed negotiation studies at Harvard University. She is also an alumna of St Hilda’s College, University of Melbourne.
