Josh McNamara is Head of Tenant Advisory Group for Australia and New Zealand at Cushman & Wakefield, leading one of the region's most experienced occupier advisory and tenant representation teams across the office sector.
Based in the Sydney CBD Office and with more than 20 years of experience across Australia, Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom and Europe, Josh advises corporate occupiers, financial institutions, private equity firms, legal practices and multinational organisations on complex real estate decisions, workplace strategy and large-scale property transactions.
A recognised leader in tenant representation and occupier advisory, Josh specialises in helping organisations optimise their real estate portfolios, reduce occupancy costs and align property strategies with broader business objectives. His expertise spans office leasing, lease negotiations, portfolio optimisation, workplace transformation, headquarters relocations, lease renewals, financial modelling and multi-market transaction management.
Having completed transactions encompassing millions of square metres globally, Josh is known for delivering strategic advice on complex real estate challenges across Australia, Asia Pacific and international markets.
