About

Tyler Stemley is approaching 8 years in the commercial real estate brokerage business, specializing in Industrial/R&D leasing and sales in North San Diego County.

Tyler serves as an integral member on a recognized and high-caliber team that is responsible for the representation of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for a large array of ground-up developments projects, multi-tenant business parks, and single-tenant buildings.

Tyler attended the University of California Santa Barbara, graduating in 2013, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting. He has gone on to earn his Certified Public Accountant’s license (Inactive) and has experience in assisting with audits of start-up businesses in the Bay Area.
