Tyler serves as Senior Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, leading Asset Services for the Chicago market and overseeing the firm's Presence platform. In these roles, he is responsible for advancing Presence's strategy, growth, and integration across the business while also leading a team of hundreds of professionals supporting nearly 200 office, industrial, and retail properties. Tyler works closely with clients and teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance operations, engineering, construction management, financial performance, and occupant experience.

With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Tyler brings a multifaceted perspective shaped by leadership roles across accounting, property management, tenant experience, and business strategy. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he spent his career at JLL, where he managed complex real estate portfolios and served as Executive Vice President and Head of Experience Management. In that role, he founded and scaled the firm's Experience Management platform across the United States and Canada, driving tenant engagement, operational excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and new revenue opportunities.

Known for his entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative leadership style, Tyler combines deep expertise in the tenant experience space with a strong track record of operational leadership and innovation. He partners closely with clients and colleagues to develop tailored strategies that elevate tenant experiences, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize long-term asset value while helping shape the future of the workplace experience through Presence.
