Trevor Berry is an Associate on Cushman & Wakefield's Industrial Capital Markets team based in Dallas, representing institutional and private clients in the disposition of industrial buildings across Texas. He has been involved in the successful sale of 75+ industrial transactions totaling more than $6.0 billion, bringing extensive underwriting and deal positioning experience along with hands-on involvement in buyer outreach, offer negotiation, and due diligence to drive deals to a successful close for his clients. Trevor was recognized as one of two associates nationally to receive Cushman & Wakefield's Rising Star Award for the 2022–2023 term.

Trevor joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he spent four years at JLL as a Project Manager, managing large-scale tenant improvement projects for corporate clients. He holds a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Texas real estate salesperson.
