About

Scott Matthews joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as a member of the Office Services Team in Columbia, Maryland focusing on agency leasing assignments and sales for office and office/flex real estate in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor. He is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Government Contracting Practice Group, which specializes in servicing high growth cyber and DoD related contractors doing business on or around Ft. Meade/NSA.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, Scott has successfully negotiated a variety of leases, representing both private and institutional landlord clients, as well as numerous emerging local businesses in the region.

Mr. Matthews received a Bachelor of Science with a major in Human Ecology and Resource Management and a minor in the Fisher College of Business from Ohio State University.
