Mr. Nardella is currently an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Valuation & Advisory. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2015 as a Property Management Trainee at DLC Management Corp. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in August 2016, he has covered the State of Connecticut, as well as Rockland County, Westchester County, and the Hudson Valley in New York. His appraisal experience spans a range of property types, including office, medical office, industrial, retail, multifamily, and special purpose assets. Mr. Nardella is a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial and Office Group Practices within Valuation & Advisory.
