Molly Miller (Hunt) serves as Director on the Industrial Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, Arizona. Joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2022, she specializes in institutional capital markets, focusing on investment sales, advisory, and capital placement for industrial assets, warehouse properties, and land development throughout Phoenix and the greater Mountain West region. Working alongside Will Strong, Michael Matchett, Jack Stamets, and Madeline Warren, Molly is also part of Cushman & Wakefield’s National Industrial Advisory Group (IAG).

Over the course of her commercial real estate career, she has advised institutional investors on complex acquisitions and dispositions, contributing to more than $5.3 billion in total industrial sales volume as part of a team recognized as the NAIOP Investment Sales Team of the Year from 2020 through 2026.

Prior to her career in commercial real estate, Molly was a dual-sport NCAA student-athlete in cross country and lacrosse. An accomplished endurance athlete, she has completed the Boston Marathon and remains an active trail runner. Beyond her professional role, Molly is deeply committed to local community leadership and her church in Phoenix. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating magna cum laude from Kenyon College.
