Mr. Mirkin joined Cushman & Wakefield in June 2017 as an intern for the Los Angeles Valuation & Advisory group. Initially, he was responsible for providing research and analytical support for real estate market intelligence for a variety of specialties, including self-storage, hospitality, retail, land, and multifamily assets. Mr. Mirkin was hired as an Associate in September 2017 and has transitioned to full-time appraisal production. 

Mr. Mirkin has provided valuation services for a diverse range of clients, such as lenders, developers, attorneys, occupiers, and government agencies. He has experience appraising properties throughout Southern and Central California, and is based in Los Angeles. Presently, Mr. Mirkin is a member of Valuation & Advisory’s Multifamily Practice Group, focusing primarily on multifamily properties (existing and proposed), mixed-use projects, and land sites. He has a thorough understanding of current legislation governing land use and development standards.
