Mark Lindenbaum is an Executive Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group and leads the Land & Development Services platform. Mark specializes in acquisition, disposition, capitalization and joint venture structures for land and development projects, which includes land transactions, obsolete building repositioning, parking assets, densification projects, and redevelopment sites. Mark’s experience spans 24 years across all asset classes and in urban, suburban and exurban markets. He’s led projects resulting in the development of $8.5 billion worth of data centers, multifamily, industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, hotel and office projects across North America.

Prior to joining C&W in 2026, Mark held positions in brokerage, development and asset management for private developers and publicly traded firms. That experience across the full investment lifecycle gives him a unique approach to land and development initiatives, and a reputation for unlocking value in every site, structure and deal he touches. Mark has worked extensively alongside institutional investors, private equity, REITs, corporate users and family offices seeking to invest and create value in commercial real estate. He also advises on site selection and represents landowners, from individual parcels to large, complex holdings.
