Kyle represents industrial property owners, developers, investors, and occupiers throughout Upstate South Carolina on leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and site selection. He also serves as the lead real estate advisor for corporate clients nationwide, managing ongoing portfolio requirements and overseeing transactions across multiple markets.

Kyle has more than eight years of commercial real estate experience and has completed over $300 million in career transaction volume. Since January 2025, he has represented clients in more than 9 million square feet of industrial leasing activity across 40+ facilities, 20+ markets, and 12 states.

His practice includes industrial landlord and tenant representation, developer advisory, national corporate portfolio management, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and complex lease negotiations. Kyle manages long-standing corporate real estate relationships and coordinates multi-market assignments, helping clients navigate relocations, expansions, renewals, and portfolio optimization.
