Jana (Drachman) Kaufman is a Senior Director with the Valuation & Advisory group of Cushman & Wakefield Regional, LLC. in New York. Ms. Kaufman joined Cushman & Wakefield Valuation & Advisory in July 2025.

Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Kaufman worked in Asset Management at Crestlight Capital, managing office and industrial properties on behalf of institutional partners throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Prior to Crestlight, she worked as Head of Valuation at Lev, a tech-oriented mortgage broker. Jana began her appraisal career at CBRE, where she worked for 8 years in the New York City office.

Ms. Kaufman has worked on various appraisals and consulting assignments of multifamily, office, retail, industrial, and land properties throughout New York City. Multifamily experience includes market rate and rent controlled/stabilized housing, various tax abatements and exemption programs including 421a, 485x, ICIP/ICAP, and J-51, and condominium developments.
