James Phillpott is an Executive Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Brokerage Services group, as well as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Supply Chain Solutions practice.
With 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Phillpott possesses an extensive background in land and site acquisition, build-to-suit real estate consulting, and agency representation. In addition, he has represented numerous corporations in the acquisition of new facilities and disposition of surplus properties.
