Grace Altamura joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in April 2026 as an Associate in the firm’s Virginia Beach office, specializing in commercial Office Services. In this role, she focuses on sales, leasing, and tenant representation, working with tenants and landlords, as well as buyers and sellers, while supporting broader team initiatives and client objectives. She adds value through her strategic and detail-oriented approach.

Prior to joining Thalhimer, Grace gained experience across both corporate and nonprofit sectors, with a focus on marketing, analytics, and business development support. This background has provided her with a strong foundation in market research, client outreach, and data-driven decision-making—skills she leverages to identify opportunities and deliver meaningful results for her clients.
Grace earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing, from Old Dominion University in 2025.
