About
Freya Salsbury is an appraiser within Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory Group. Her work has supported a wide array of purposes - including loan underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions, eminent domain, litigation support, and estate matters - across property types such as multifamily, industrial, office, development land, and specialized assets.
Ms. Salsbury has particular expertise in public infrastructure and right-of-way valuation. At her prior firm, she worked on several major transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the Puget Sound region. Notably, she led valuations of the airspace and ground lease interests associated with the Sound Transit’s I-90 light rail expansion, a landmark project involving the construction of the world’s first light rail across a floating bridge. She has also held significant roles in other light rail acquisition projects, including the expansions to Lynnwood, West Seattle, and Federal Way.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Salsbury served as an appraiser with the local firm McKee Appraisal. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Washington.
