David Hawkins is Senior Partner and leader of Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) platform, where he sets the vision, drives growth, and ensures the consistent execution of the firm’s multi-market advisory strategy. With more than 30 years in the industry, Dave leads with a mandate to scale a high-performing, client-centric business that delivers measurable portfolio impact across complex global footprints.

As the architect of GCS, he defines the strategic direction of the platform and aligns leadership across service lines. His role centers on translating market insight into actionable strategy, strengthening senior client relationships, and positioning GCS as a trusted advisor at the C-suite level.

Under his leadership, GCS has become Cushman & Wakefield’s largest independent multi-market service provider and was recognized as the firm’s #1 Multi-Market team in 2025, reflecting its ability to drive portfolio optimization, execute complex initiatives, and sustain high levels of client satisfaction. Today, the team supports more than 30 global clients, delivering integrated services across strategy, transactions, and operations in over 50 countries.

Over his career, Dave has completed multiple complex transactions, including headquarter relocations, sale leasebacks, and build-to-suits, for the accounts he managed such as CVS Health, Stanley Black & Decker, Citizens Bank, PwC, iHeartMedia, and Hanover Insurance.
