About
Christopher Carbone is a Senior Director with nearly 30 years of real estate appraisal experience. He is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Valuation & Advisory group and is Co-lead of the West Florida Multifamily Group. Mr. Carbone’s primary geographical coverage areas are West and Central Florida, including the Tampa Bay Area, Sarasota-Manatee, Fort Myers-Cape Coral and Naples. He also spends significant time in Central Florida markets including Lakeland, Ocala and Gainesville with additional experience in the Big Bend and Panhandle areas as well. He has expertise across all multifamily asset types and classes, with emphasis on conventional (low-rise, garden, mid-rise and high-rise), build-to-rent (BTR), student housing, low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), HUD financed, and fractured condominiums.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Chris held the Vice President position at CBRE, covering the multifamily markets of West and Central Florida, where he was top market producer for six consecutive years and earned the RISE Award, the company’s honor for employees that embody the firm’s foundational pillars of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence.Affiliations
