As an office brokerage specialist Brian specializes in representing Tenants with office and high-tech facilities located on the Greater Eastside of the Puget Sound region.

Brian has been an invaluable asset to his numerous clients over the past 20 years. Brian joined the Commercial Brokerage Staff of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. in 1999, following post college experience as an intern with CB Richard Ellis and as a marketing associate with Pacific Real Estate Partners. Brian was Cushman & Wakefield’s Rookie of the Year in 1999.

Throughout his career, Brian has participated in virtually every aspect of the real estate business including acquisition and disposition, lease negotiations, marketing, investment analysis, financial analysis, etc. Brian’s thorough understanding and experience with all sides of the real estate transaction allows him to provide his clients with a strategic advantage in the negotiation process.
