Anne Cecconi specializes in retail leasing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, advising landlords and retailers on strategic leasing initiatives across San Francisco and the East Bay. With nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, she is recognized for her strong market relationships, thoughtful leasing strategies, and deep understanding of the evolving Bay Area retail landscape.

Anne has represented institutional owners, private investors, and retailers across a diverse range of neighborhood, mixed-use, lifestyle, and office-driven retail properties, including amenity retail environments designed to enhance the workplace experience. Her expertise includes tenant mix strategy, merchandising, lease negotiations, and positioning retail environments for long-term success.

She began her commercial real estate career in 2006 at BXP before joining Johnson Hoke in 2009, a San Francisco-based boutique retail brokerage and consulting firm later acquired by Colliers International in 2010. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield Anne was part of the CBRE retail leasing team.
