Andrew Fernandez is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial & Logistics Services group in Miami, Florida. He specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties, representing both institutional owners and occupiers throughout South Florida.

Born and raised in Miami, Andrew is fluent in Spanish and brings an in-depth understanding of the South Florida industrial market. He advises clients on leasing strategy, investment sales, acquisitions, and portfolio optimization, combining strong market knowledge with a proactive, solutions-driven approach. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, Andrew is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate and business objectives while delivering exceptional service throughout every stage of the transaction.

Throughout his career, Andrew has been involved in more than 500 industrial transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in value, including over 18 million square feet of leasing and 54 million square feet of investment sales. He has represented owners of more than 12 million square feet of institutional industrial assets and has played a key role in leasing some of South Florida’s premier Class A industrial developments.
