About

Gordon sits on the Global Capital Markets Leadership Group, ExCo & OpCo. From June 2026 Gordon took on a newly created role in the organisation as Head of Global Capital, APAC & EMEA. Gordon remains based in Asia. 

In this role, Gordon will focus on strengthening engagement with the world’s largest institutional investors, working closely with in-country teams, cross-border desks and strategic accounts to grow wallet share from top-tier clients. Gordon is well versed on global real estate markets and their drivers of growth. He will also continue advancing the firm’s global capital intelligence capabilities.

Prior to this from 2022 – 2026 Gordon was Head of Capital Markets, Asia Pacific.  

Gordon joined Cushman & Wakefield in Asia Pacific in 2007 after starting his career in the UK in the late 90’s. His varying roles in Asia Pacific have included driving the firm’s Capital Markets strategy, working with the brokerage teams across Asia Pacific. Collaborating Globally on Asian outbound capital. For our clients he has conducted diverse mandates covering strategic advice, investor relations, capital raising and brokerage. He has led divestment campaigns on individual assets and significant portfolios across multiple asset classes.
