Maud Visschedijk is an International Partner and Co-Head of Debt & Structured Finance EMEA at Cushman & Wakefield. She brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, with deep expertise in Debt Capital Markets and a strong track record in advising on complex, pan-European financing transactions.

She specialises in structuring and sourcing capital across the full real estate capital stack, connecting clients with an extensive network of over 300 lenders and capital providers. Her experience spans both investment and development financings, covering all asset classes and jurisdictions across Europe. Maud is recognised for delivering tailored, strategic capital solutions that support clients’ investment and portfolio objectives.

Beyond her transactional expertise, Maud plays a key role in shaping the growth of the EMEA platform. She is passionate about leadership, fostering high-performing teams, and developing talent across the organisation. Her collaborative and client-focused approach underpins long-term relationships and repeat business across global investor and lender communities.

Maud holds a Master in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate, a Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School (Ghent), and a Master in Health Sciences from Maastricht University.

As Co-Head of Debt & Structured Finance EMEA, Maud jointly leads the EMEA Real Estate platform alongside David Gingell. In this role, she helps shape the strategic direction of the business and ensures a consistent and high-quality approach to financing and recapitalization activities across the region.

The team consists of 15 experienced professionals based in Amsterdam, London, and Frankfurt, operating as one integrated pan-European platform. Leveraging deep local market expertise and a centralised execution approach, the team advises on capital solutions across the full real estate capital stack, covering all asset classes and jurisdictions throughout Europe.

The team focuses on originating and executing complex transactions, including portfolio financings, investment loans, and construction financings, while maintaining access to an extensive network of lenders and capital providers.

Maud’s primary focus is on managing key client relationships and driving business growth across EMEA. She is also actively involved in more complex transactions, engaging with global investors and capital providers and advancing innovation and talent development within the platform.
