Net absorption reached 0.4 MSF, up 42% y-o-y, taking YTD net absorption to 1.2 MSF. New supply of 0.68 MSF strengthened the office market, while city-wide office rentals grew 4% annually.

Ahmedabad recorded retail leasing of 0.13 MSF in Q3 2026, driven primarily by high street locations, which accounted for nearly all leasing activity. Suburban retail corridors such as Sindhu Bhavan Road, Iscon Ambli Road and Chandkheda continued to attract occupier interest, led by F&B, Furniture & Furnishing and Fashion brands. Domestic retailers remained the dominant demand drivers. While mall vacancy saw a marginal uptick, Grade A mall vacancy remained low at 1–2%. High street rentals continued to appreciate, supported by limited availability of quality retail spaces across key locations.

Ahmedabad recorded 7,380 residential launches in Q3 2026, reflecting strong growth and sustaining developer confidence. West Peripheral and East led supply, driven by Shela, South Bopal, Naroda and Nikol. Affordable housing dominated launches, while high-end and luxury segments saw strong growth.
