Cushman & Wakefield is continuing to expand its regional advisory capabilities in the Logistics & Industrial Agency sector and is officially launching its advisory services in the key logistics markets of Berlin and Hamburg.
Effective November 1, 2026, Colette Bodendorf will assume the role of Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Berlin. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Bodendorf spent more than twelve years at CBRE, where she held several senior positions, including Team Leader, Senior Director, and Authorized Signatory within the Industrial & Logistics Agency business in the Berlin/Brandenburg metropolitan region.
Rainer Koepke, Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, commented:
“Colette Bodendorf is one of the most respected experts in the Berlin logistics market. Her extensive experience and strong network will further strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s presence and positioning in the region.”
Also joining the Berlin office on November 1, 2026, is Sebastian Angileau, who will take on the role of Director, Logistics & Industrial Agency. Angileau joins from CBRE, where he served as Associate Director, Industrial Leasing. Prior to that, he worked at JLL as an Associate until May 2026.
On December 1, 2026, Marcus Peter will join the Hamburg office as Director, Logistics & Industrial Agency Hamburg & Region North. Peter joins Cushman & Wakefield from aptum, where he currently serves as Senior Associate in the Industrial & Logistics sector in Hamburg.
Mario Herbst, Head of Leasing & Tenant Representation Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, said:
“With the addition of Colette Bodendorf, Sebastian Angileau, and Marcus Peter, Cushman & Wakefield is strengthening and expanding its regional coverage in the Logistics & Industrial Agency sector beyond its existing Frankfurt and Düsseldorf locations, while consistently pursuing its growth strategy through targeted talent acquisition.”
Rainer Koepke added:
“The metropolitan areas of Berlin and Hamburg have long been among Germany’s most important hubs for industrial and logistics occupiers. These markets are characterized by strong dynamism and resilience and, despite the subdued market environment in Germany in recent years, have continued to record stable or increasing leasing volumes.”
He concluded:
“The additional expertise in these two key markets enables us to manage complex mandates with even greater precision, anticipate client requirements at an earlier stage, and further deepen our understanding of national, regional, and local market developments, significantly enhancing our market coverage and client service capabilities.”
