Kamila Breen is Head of Research & Insight at Cushman & Wakefield, based in the firm's Prague office in the Czech Republic. As Associate Director, she leads the Research & Insights team, responsible for delivering market data, analysis and thought leadership across the Czech commercial property sector. She joined the firm in October 2023.

Kamila brings close to two decades of experience in commercial real estate to her role. She is responsible for leading and developing the Research & Insights function, working closely with the firm's advisory and transactional teams to ensure clients and colleagues have access to high-quality, timely market intelligence. Her focus is on identifying and communicating the trends shaping the property market, and she has substantial experience delivering market research and feasibility studies for both local and international clients.

In her current role, Kamila works closely with the firm's advisory and transactional teams to identify market trends, translate complex data into actionable insights and support clients on both local and international projects.

Her research coverage spans the full range of Czech commercial property, encompassing the office, retail, industrial and logistics sectors.
