With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dan Hubert is a senior member of a four person brokerage team that specialized in Tenant Representation for Office and Industrial clients as well as select Agency assignments for institutional investors.  Dan’s team at Cushman & Wakefield Canada has been involved in over 4.9 million square feet of transactions over the past 24 months valued at over $350M.  Dan’s strengths include superior market knowledge, client negotiation skills, strategic advisory, detail oriented transaction process, financial modelling and business case development.
