Jess is an Executive in the Melbourne team joining in 2026, bringing a strong commercial focus underpinned by a comprehensive background in marketing, communications and the property sector.

Prior to moving into agency at Cushman & Wakefield, Jess built extensive experience delivering strategic marketing and communications outcomes for leading property groups including Frasers Property Industrial, TMX, Charter Hall, Lendlease and JLL.

Jess’s remit is centred on the leasing and sale of industrial assets in the Western corridor, with a particular focus on occupier representation, landlord advisory and new business origination.
