Bianca Ryall is a building consultancy and property advisory specialist with more than 20 years of experience advising investors, developers, government agencies and corporate occupiers across Australia. Based in Sydney CBD Office and working nationally, she leads technical due diligence, property condition assessments, make good and dilapidation assessments, and asset risk advisory across every stage of the property lifecycle. 

Bianca has advised on some of Australia's largest property transactions, including portfolio due diligence programs exceeding $4 billion in asset value, and has assessed portfolios of more than 900 properties for government clients. During her career, she has led multidisciplinary teams of building surveyors, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers on complex acquisition, divestment and portfolio advisory programs. 

She works across commercial and government office, industrial and logistics, retail, healthcare and retirement living, hotels, airports, data centres, residential and community assets.
