Este selo é referência na avaliação da sustentabilidade das empresas, focando em sua preocupação em promover recursos voltados ao bem-estar e saúde dos ocupantes do escritório.

O sistema Fitwel realiza a avaliação de índices dentro de Categorias de Impacto na Saúde (IRH), mediante às atividades diárias desempenhadas pelos colaboradores. Estas categorias abrangem pontos como incentivo à atividade física, promoção à segurança do ocupante, redução à morbidade e o absenteísmo, apoio à equidade social para populações vulneráveis, introdução ao sentimento de bem-estar, impacto à saúde da comunidade ao redor e melhoria ao acesso a alimentos saudáveis.
