Ben McGrath is Managing Director, Queensland at Cushman & Wakefield, leading the firm's Brisbane Office across office, logistics and industrial, retail, capital markets, valuations, project and development services, property management and facilities management. He is responsible for driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver integrated commercial real estate solutions across the state.

With more than two decades of leadership experience in commercial real estate, Ben has held senior executive roles across some of Australia's leading property organisations, including Managing Director, Queensland at Knight Frank and National Director at JLL. His career spans office investment, capital markets, commercial property advisory and agency leadership, working with occupiers, investors, developers and institutional clients across a broad range of commercial property sectors.

Ben also spent five years based in China, where he developed extensive experience in regional capital flows, offshore investment and cross-border client relationships. Most recently, he founded and led his own advisory and investment management business, including establishing a modular housing venture focused on supporting the delivery of more affordable housing across Australia.

Based in the Brisbane Cushman & Wakefield office Ben leads the Queensland business to deliver integrated commercial real estate services across office, industrial & logistics, retail, capital markets, valuations, project & development services, property management and facilities management. Working collaboratively across these specialist teams enables clients to access end-to-end advice throughout the property lifecycle.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Ben is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture focused on client outcomes, innovation and long-term partnerships.
